It's been 7 hours and I miss her a lot... I was told she had renal failure a couple months ago and her problem had gotten more advanced since then. She would meow but lately it's been more like a screech like she's in pain, whether I'm close to her or not. She wouldn't eat much at all. She wouldn't drink very much. It seems like everything, even sitting, takes a long time and is hard for her to do. Yesterday she couldn't help it but she peed on my floor in my room which she never used to do but it's not like she could control it at that point... Afterward she tried running from my room like she knew she had done something wrong. I talked with my sister and my dad and we agreed that she should be put down because we don't want her to suffer.. I wouldn't want to live in pain or see any animal living but suffering. The vet had told us a couple months ago that her quality of life COULD be good for the rest of the time she's alive, but it wasn't like that lately. Though Chelsea's a cat... I feel through the 12 years, since I was 6, that she was a part of my family, my little friend who made me feel better when I felt alone at night. She was my little cuddle bud, she used to like to lay on me and keep me company. I'll miss her so much.
